How To Properly Cancel And Reschedule Your Appointments

Your appointment is very important to us and we are committed to providing excellent service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when guest cancel without giving sufficient notice, it prevents another guest from being served. For this reason, we have implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

-We understand that situations may arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited availability, we ask that you give us adequate notice so that we can properly fill your appointment slot.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees

If no prior notice is given or the notice isn’t given within the minimum notice period, you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below) for the missed appointment. 

 

CANCELLATION FEES

  • Same Day Cancellation Fee: 50% of total service cost 
  • No Call/No Show Cancellation Fee: 100% of total service cost 
  • New Appointment That Includes Hair Same Day Cancellation Fee – Forfeiture of deposit 
  • New Appointment That Includes Hair No Call/No Show – Forfeiture of deposit. No new appointment. 
  • No Call/No Show For Consultation:  NO NEW APPOINTMENT
 
Cancellation fees must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.
 
 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be mindful that we have a very full schedule due to our limited availability. One guest running behind may impact the schedule of the entire day. Please call or text us to let us know if you’ll be running behind so that we can manage accordingly. Our days are ever changing, we may have to limit your services or reschedule your appointment. This change may incur same day cancellation fees.
 

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

NEW CLIENTS

Once your deposit is paid, you can reschedule your appointment one (1) time without forfeiting your deposit. 

Please be mindful that once your deposit is made, your hair extensions are prepped and secured for your appointment. The deposit is not the total cost of the extensions or the service so if you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable. 

RETURN CLIENTS

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled time to incur no fees. You may incur cancellation fees if you try to reschedule during the 24 hour window.
