The Dos and Don’ts of Hair Extensions Inc

NEW CLIENTS

You must book a consultation with us BEFORE you book your service appointmet. Our online booking service is only for returning guests. After your first service appointment, you are free to book any service you choose. If you schedule an appointment prior to booking a consultation, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel at your expense. 

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable and required to book an appointment at Hair Extensions, Inc. The amount is determined during your consultation and determined by your stylist.

CANCELLATIONS

We require 24 Hours notice of cancellations. No exceptions.

  • Same Day Cancellation Fee: 50% of total service cost 
  • No Call/No Show Cancellation Fee: 100% of total service cost 
  • New Appointment That Includes Hair Same Day Cancellation Fee – Forfeiture of deposit 
  • New Appointment That Includes Hair No Call/No Show – Forfeiture of deposit. No new appointment. 
  • No Call/No Show For Consultation:  NO NEW APPOINTMENT
 
Cancellation fees must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.
 

EXTRA GUESTS

Our salon floor is reserved for guests getting serviced and anyone not receiving services will not be allowed beyond the waiting area.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be mindful that we have a very full schedule due to our limited availability. One guest running behind may impact the schedule of the entire day. Please call or text us to let us know if you’ll be running behind so that we can manage accordingly. Our days are ever changing, we may have to limit your services or reschedule your appointment. This change may incur same day cancellation fees.

NO CHILDREN UNDER 13

Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Guests with small children in tow will be asked to reschedule and charged a $25 rescheduling fee. 

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

A Valid credit/debit card is required to book all appointments. Your card will be authorized when you book the appointment. All online mobile app deposits are processed through an SSL secured portal.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, Cash App, Zelle and Venmo.

CONVENIENCE FEE

To offset fees imposed by the credit card companies, we charge a 3.5% processing fee whenever you make a credit or debit card payment in salon or via invoice. You can avoid this charge by paying in cash, via Cash App (Square Cash), Zelle or Venmo. 

CONSENT FORMS

We require all clients to fill out a Client Intake form as well as a consent form to work on your hair. We reserve the right to refuse service if this form isn’t completed. 

7 DAY ADJUSTMENT GUARANTEE

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair extensions or services but we strive to make your experience an enjoyable one by offering our 7 day Adjustment. Our 7 Day Adjustment guarantee will address any discomfort, color matching, volume, fullness or length. Please be aware that additional extensions may have to be purchased to ensure that you will have the look that you desire. Also, that complete color changes will also require an additional fee.

SERVICE REFUNDS

Hair Extensions, Inc. does not offer cash refunds on services rendered. 

We do have a 7 Day Adjustment Guarantee in place on services to ensure your satisfaction. 

PRODUCT REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds on used products. If there is a defect, we will issue an in store credit to be used at your discretion. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Hair Extensions Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.
